This was a cheery gathering spot for a few family members in a wonderful location. A very clean and usable house and yard with a quiet neighborhood, easily walkable and so close for viewing the beach! Will probably return!!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The location is quiet and close to the beach, which was perfect for us. The check-in process was easy and the host was very communicative and responsive.

Our stay at the Mesa Beach House was a perfect end to our week long biking trip in the Santa Barbara area. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean and sunny, the perfect place to relax. It was convenient to a wonderful grocery store and some great restaurants. Everything about our experience was exceptional and we wish we could have stayed longer.
